We make it easy for you to customize each Fame and Partners piece to your liking. That being said, some customizations are more costly to create than others. While we have the fabric for our recommend colors on-hand, fabric for all other colors must be special-ordered separately. This is reflected in the pricing for color customization.

Fame and Partners now offers Express Making on select pieces. Choose “Express Making” at checkout to have your order artisan-crafted, made-to-order, and delivered in just 6-9 days (instead of the standard 10-14). Express Making is an additional cost of $30.

If you would like to cancel your Express Making order, it must be done within 4 hours of placing the order. The $30 fee will be refunded in full. Regular return & exchange policies apply.

Yes! You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at team@fameandpartners.com with your cancellation request and order number.

Shipping times vary depending on the complexity of any customizations you might order. All of our dresses are made to order and making will begin the day your order is received. We ask that you allow a total of 7-10 business days, from the purchase date, to receive your dress.


Please note: Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Yes! Any country outside of the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada will be charged a $30 shipping fee.

Someone will need to be home to sign for your order upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Fame and Partners offers free shipping to the USA, Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Additional Customs / VAT fees that may be charged by a countries customs department are not covered by Fame and Partners. Other countries available at checkout will incur a $30 shipping fee. If you wish to ship to a country that is not available in the checkout options, please contact the customer service team.

Standard Dresses:

May be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or store credit. For your reference, a dress is considered Standard when no additional changes are made to alter the original style of the dress.

Customized Dresses:

May be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit. Please note that because these items have been customized, a 50% restocking fee is applied for all returned or exchanged Custom Dresses. For your reference, a dress is considered Customized when additional changes are made to alter the original style of the dress.

Bridal Dresses:

Bridal gowns may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 60 days of the original purchase date.

The Wedding Atelier App Bridesmaid Dresses:

Dresses customized within The Wedding Atelier App may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Multiple Dresses:

Up to 2 dresses from a single order may be returned for a refund. Returns and exchanges on orders with more than 2 dresses will have the remainder of the refund issued as a store credit. *Refund amount is based on whether the dress is a Standard or Customized piece.

Sale Items:

All sale items are considered a final sale. Please note that sale items include those items that are on markdown on the website. Dresses purchased using a Promo Code or email offer are not considered a sale item and are eligible to return.

Postage:

The cost of your returns postage fee for non-sale items will be reimbursed up to the value of $15 USD. The postage receipt must be included in your returns package for reimbursement.


Please note that any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.

  1. First, please submit a return/exchange request by logging into your Fame and Partners account and clicking on the My Orders tab. On the right hand side, you will see a column titled return or exchange. Select the relevant order in this column. You will be redirected to the returns page where you will be able to select the individual items which you would like to return. Select the appropriate reason for your return and submit the form.
  2. Then, please print your Return Confirmation email, which you will receive after you submit your Return Request, and include in your package.
  3. Lastly, contact our customer service with your order number (team@fameandpartners.com) to know which address you should ship your returning order

The cost of your return postage fee will be reimbursed up to the value of $15 USD. The postage receipt must be included in your returns package for reimbursement. On this form, notate the details for the dress you are returning, along with the following details for the new dress you would like to exchange for:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Skirt Length (Petite, Standard, or Tall)
  • Any Desired Customizations
  • Shipping Name

  • Contact Number
  • Email Address

Not a problem! Please place your item in a sealed bag and send along with your return/exchange form. We will take care of the rest!

A Store Credit is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through fameandpartners.com. A Store Credit is generally generated from returning a Standard Dress for the full amount and choosing Store Credit as the refund option, or is given for the remaining dollar amount to be refunded when returning more than 2 dresses. *Please see our Return Policy for further details on this.

When you are ready to redeem your Store Credit, please contact us at team@fameandpartners.com with the details of what you would like to apply your Store Credit towards and we will do the rest! Please note that a Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and may not be purchased.
