How long does delivery take?
The shipping times of our items will vary depending on the complexity of any customizations and/or special fabrics associated with the order. Select styles may have different delivery options, you'll be able to select the available delivery options specific to that style during checkout.

- Swatches: 7-15 business days (Fabric swatches are final sale. US shipping only.)
- Ready-to-ship: 7-15 business days (US shipping only.)
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
Due to security restrictions, APOs, FPOs and DPOs cannot accept mail or packages from any other carrier, except the USPS. We, unfortunately, are unable to deliver to APOs, FPOs and DPOs at this time.
Please note: orders are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Any country outside of the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada will be charged a $30 shipping fee. If you wish to ship to a country that is not available in the checkout options, please contact the customer service team.
Sample sale and Ready-to-ship items can only be shipped within the US.
Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Fame and Partners is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

We recommend that someone is present to sign for the delivery.
What countries does 'free shipping' apply to?
Fame and Partners offers free shipping to the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada. Other countries available at checkout will incur a $30 shipping fee.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses or Parcel Lockers?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
