Our made-to-order styles are made just for you and no one else. Should you decide to return your order, we charge a Zero Waste Fee which will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee because we don’t build inventory into our up front pricing, therefore offering you the lowest pricing possible for made-to-order clothing. Your Zero Waste Fee will help us reduce the impact of excess stock on the environment.
We ask that you include an image to explain the reason for return which will help us better understand your concern and make adjustments, if we’re able to.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ready to ship order, you may return the order. Please note we charge a small return fee, which includes the cost of return shipping and our QA to ensure the returned piece is refreshed for another customer.
We imagine a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste by being more thoughtful with inventory on hand.
Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.

How do I return an item?
For customers within the US
We provide a pre-paid return label for our US customers
- Click on Return My Order, enter your order number and email address or sign into your account then click on My Orders
- Select the item(s) in the order you want to return and select your reason, let us know why you are returning the item. This will help us improve your next experience with us
- Click on ‘Start Return’
- You will be prompted to print the shipping label
- Package the item(s) and stick the prepaid return label on the package
- You will receive an email to confirm and track your return
- Take the package to the nearest USPS office for drop-off. Be sure to send your package ASAP

For customers outside the US
You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

- Select the item(s) in the order you want to return and select your reason, let us know why you are returning the item. This will help us improve your next experience with us
- Click on ‘Submit Return’
- Package the item(s) along with a print out of the Packing Slip
- Send the package using your preferred carrier, keep a copy of the tracking number, and mail ASAP
- Please contact us for further instructions.
Any customs and import duties paid are non-refundable. Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.

How can I track my return?
For customers within the US, log into your account and click on My Orders then Track My Return.
For countries outside the US, we will be in touch once your return is received.
Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?
The only items excluded from our returns policy are the outlet items, all the outlet items are considered final sale. Items purchased using a promo code or an email offer are not considered sale items and follow our regular returns policy.
What if the item is faulty?
We stand behind our product! If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at team@fameandpartners.com with 3-4 large well lit photos of the item, along with your order number and we will contact you with any next steps.
What is store credit and how do I use my store credit?
A Store Credit is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through fameandpartners.com. It is generally generated from returning a customized style, bridal style, or a dress from The Wedding Atelier App.
When you are ready to redeem your Store Credit, please contact us at team@fameandpartners.com with your new order! Please note that a store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and may not be purchased.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 12-15 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Our clothes are made-to-order, which offers more personalization and choice than traditional garments, but sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why Fame and Partners employs a generous return policy, ensuring that you end up rocking the pieces you love. If you’re not head-over-heels for your customizable dress, skirt or jumpsuit, simply send it back to us ASAP and we will take care of the rest.
At Fame and Partners, we are committed to remaining environmentally sustainable. In order to provide high-quality, low-impact made-to-order clothing at accessible prices, we don’t build inventory costs into our clothing. Our Zero Waste Fee allows us to continue working towards a future where inventory is a thing of the past and over-production is a rarity, not the norm. A small return fee is deducted from the total refund amount which helps us manage the return in a safe and sustainable way.
